A rotina pode ser considerada chata, até ruim. Mas eu amo. Mesmo! E acredito que ela pode ser confortável, agradável e estimulante para todos que desejam dar uma segunda olhada. Eu mesma levei um tempo para chegar a essa ideia.
Depois de passar pela CLEARING PURPOSE FRAMEWORK – antes mesmo do formato que se pode experimentar agora -, entendi que, por algum motivo, as rotinas fazem meus olhos brilharem.
Adoro aprender sobre elas, entendê-las. Eu costumo encontrar beleza nelas.
O que vejo até agora é que as rotinas são inevitáveis, mas podem ser preenchidas com hábitos e atividades com base em um sentimento: um sentimento bom, um sentimento interno de gostar das coisas que todos têm, mas tendem a esquecer. Usando isso como catapulta e fazendo as pessoas darem passos pequenos para olhar novamente para seus dias, eu posso ajudá-las a redefinir e organizar suas rotinas, com isso em mente.
O processo do framework me ajudou a tornar essa visão mais clara. Isso me permitiu trazer à tona algo que sempre nutri dentro de mim – e torná-lo mais palpável. A parte mais desafiadora foi – e ainda é – confiar no que vi no processo e entregá-lo da melhor forma possível. Acho que lidar com dúvidas sobre mim mesma e a importância do que sei é a maior barreira, uma que tenho de enfrentar todos os dias, mas espero superar em um futuro não tão distante.
Por outro lado, a parte mais reconfortante do processo foi ter alguém para me orientar e tranquilizar meu projeto ao longo do caminho. Ter alguém para ouvir minhas ideias as tornou menos utópicas e mais concretas.
Para desenvolver a minha visão, criei um projeto de conteúdo de um mês para minhas mídias sociais (confira meu perfil do Instagram @desancorando) e blog (desancorando.com.br) para ajudar as pessoas a começar a seguir suas rotinas de maneira diferente. Desenvolvi quatro tipos de planner para diferentes propósitos na rotina.

Como o primeiro projeto a ser acelerado e a primeira versão protótipo de um investimento circular, senti que o recebimento do fundo tornou o projeto não apenas mais real para mim, como também me deu a possibilidade de cuidar dele adequadamente e criar valor para o meu público. Durante o processo, eu havia implementado conteúdo de rotina, então já sabia que seria algo que eles gostariam de receber.
Como sempre fui perfeccionista no que diz respeito à produção de conteúdo, senti que o projeto precisava ter o sentimento e a vibe que eu imaginava durante o processo, para que as pessoas pudessem se beneficiar e desfrutar de rotinas de uma maneira muito reconfortante, inspiradora e esperançosa.
Foi inspirador aprender fazendo, e eu já tenho novas perspectivas e ideias para continuar desenvolvendo este projeto e expandindo minha visão.

Lorem ipsum, or lipsum as it is sometimes known, is dummy text used in laying out print, graphic or web designs the passage is attributed to an unknown typesetter in the 15th century who is thought to have scrambled parts of Cicero’s De Finibus Bonorum et Malorum for use in a type specimen book.
Until recently, the prevailing view assumed lorem ipsum was born as a nonsense text. “It’s not Latin, though it looks like it, and it actually says nothing,” Before & After magazine answered a curious reader, “Its ‘words’ loosely approximate the frequency with which letters occur in English, which is why at a glance it looks pretty real.”
As Cicero would put it, “Um, not so fast.”
The placeholder text, beginning with the line “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit”, looks like Latin because in its youth, centuries ago, it was Latin.
Richard McClintock, a Latin scholar from Hampden-Sydney College, is credited with discovering the source behind the ubiquitous filler text. In seeing a sample of lorem ipsum, his interest was piqued by consectetur—a genuine, albeit rare, Latin word. Consulting a Latin dictionary led McClintock to a passage from De Finibus Bonorum et Malorum (“On the Extremes of Good and Evil”), a first-century B.C. text from the Roman philosopher Cicero.
In particular, the garbled words of lorem ipsum bear an unmistakable resemblance to sections 1.10.32–33 of Cicero’s work, with the most notable passage excerpted below.
